I bought a case of 2018 of it about a year ago from L&W so if you use them it might be worth keeping an eye out for them getting the '19 in the near future. It was a couple of £ cheaper too.

Have managed to secure more Monsignori so give it a few weeks and will be back on the web.

An order coming my way at the end of the month, including some new bottles I’m very much looking forward to:

Plus lots of regulars - from St. Laurent (that Stift Klosterneuburg is delicious!), to Guigal Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc (excellent vfm!) via Feudo Arancio Nero d’Avola (a cracker!) and some others.

There are also a few bottles coming this Friday for the Brighton and Hove tasting group, for our meeting next week:

Sancerre Cuvée Silex, Domaine Serge Laloue 2019

Cayetano del Pino Palo Cortado Solera

Viña Real Gran Reserva, Rioja 2012

and

Nautilus Marlborough Pinot Noir 2017

Nice to have something to look forward to in a dreary January! :wine_glass:

True first time I’ve seen you buy Rhone my favourite wine

That was lovely when we tasted it at the domaine in August, and at pretty much cellar-door price.

A small top up order as I was really trying to avoid buying more wine. My plan is to really start to attack the cellar as it has been getting out of hand in the last two years.

I don’t usually frequent the beer section of the website (I have a couple of excellent specialist beers shops to hand + Aldi) but this discounted Christmas box seemed excellent value at £30 down from £35. Full retail would be £42.10. I’m not the biggest fan of IPAs but Thornbridge is usually excellent. Some dark beers to help make it through winter!

Living by my buying more locally and single bottles for drinking sooner, I’ve picked up a bottle of the Portuguese white I had last weekend while one my tinned fish run. It was £25 a bottle which makes the £43 in a restaurant even more impressive!

2011 Reserva Do Comendador Branco from Alentejo. It’s a blend of Antão Vas, Arinto and Roupeiro.

Went to Lidl for some fruit and veg and these three slipped into my basket. I only realised after paying so thought best to take them home with me.
