We tried this recently. A lovely wine but, for us, hard to recognise a a Riesling.
I can sort of see what you’re saying; it’s a lot rounder on the palate than one would expect from a (dry) Riesling - but for me, the high acidity (despite said roundness) and floral notes were very much what I would expect from a Riesling. Then again, unlike you I didn’t taste it blind, so easy for me to say!
Stunning amount of debt for a business that I thought would be successful, just goes to show that every business needs to be well managed and relatively frugal with its spending despite high revenues.

Thanks @adbdorset. I’m pretty sure we’re down to our last pair as well. I recently purchased new glasses from David Mellor Design in Heathersage as they were quite similar to the Imbiber in terms of having a chunky stem. Cheers
