Back on Planet Weekday-Drinking, we shall be opening a fine 2017 Rotgipfler this evening:
This is the slightly cheaper ‘version’ of the one I took to the last BYOB, as it doesn’t come from the Satzing plot. I last tasted the 2016 and it was delightful; I don’t imagine the 2017 will let us down. Planning to have this with tagliatelle with veal in tomato sauce. Hope it works .
