Nope, it’s been down since yesterday afternoon. So much for the cheeky pre Easter delivery…
Our payment provider is currently experiencing technical difficulties, meaning we’re unable to process payments on our website or through our Member Services team. The payment provider is fully focused on solving the issue and we’re doing everything we can to be back up and running as soon as possible.
Any orders you’ve already placed are not affected, so no need to worry if you’ve made a recent purchase. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. You can still access your account, browse the site, and build up a basket or wishlist as usual.
A little good news: we are now able to take orders through Member Services on 01438 741177.
