TWS Website struggling


I’m not able to pull up my order details at the moment, I only get the message below on mobile and pc.

“Your order details are currently unavailable. Please try again later”

The rest of the account section seems slow, but that might just be me. Anyone else having problems?


Getting failure to connect to server messages.

Guess there are some gremlins about.

Community seems OK though.


Still down it seems.

I flagged up the issue this morning, apparently our ISP carried out some maintenance and one of the servers wasn’t 100% happy afterwards, should be resolved now but let us know if there is still an issue.
