I was just looking at the Society’s White Burgundy 2017 and was surprised to realise that it is already out of stock and there is a new vintage (2018 obviously) on offer. I was just wondering if it is normal, as just last year I bought the 2016. I know 2017 is considered a superior white vintage… stilll… is this normal? Also interested if anyone tried the 2017, is this better than the 2016?
Have had some of the 2017 in halves, seems to be very decent Macon, subtle and elegant.
The halves are still available.
