Systems Upgrade this weekend


Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you all know that our systems are being upgraded this weekend and it might cause a little bit of disruption - hopefully not here on The Community, but on the website.

You’ll still be able to order as normal but you won’t have access to My Account, Express Checkout or email acknowledgements (and unfortunately Member Services and the Showroom also won’t have access to this).

Everything should be up and running as normal from Monday morning!

Thanks in advance for your patience and hopefully this won’t cause too much disruptiion. :slight_smile:


Just hope your IT people are better at their job than those at a certain bank I could mention!
