Not using credit automatically

Hello,

I have some credit in my TWS account due to a problem with a previous order. I am about to buy a bottle of wine as a gift, however I do not wish to use the credit. Is there a way that I can pay the full price for the bottle without it using up the credit in my TWS account?

You will need to contact member services direct. It is quicker to call them than to wait a response via e-mail.

I had the opposite problem a couple of years ago, where I was struggling to get them to use the credit!
