Niepoort Batuta 2005 - food pairing

Hi all,

I have a single bottle of Niepoort Batuta 2005 which I am planning to open this year - just wondering what food pairing everyone would suggest for this wine.

A Saltimbocca with monkfish - wrap the monkfish tail with Sage and prosciutto, sauté in butter then steam in pan with masala.
If you can get English Rose veal which is coming into season, you could do Saltimbocca Romana.


Thanks for the suggestion, have been meaning to try out monkfish tail and this might give me the perfect excuse.
