So what does this say about the French?
It says whoever wrote it needs to swot up on rosé production and stop making sweeping incorrect generalisations ! Very poorly written .
Sorry, I should have been more explicit - I wanted to refer in particular to the point that 30% of wine sales in France are rosé, a figure supported by an impeccable source:
It doesn’t surprise me, there are a lot of really decent rosé being produced. I think most have moved on from the “Pink is for girls” retoric, and embraced the many styles and types of rosé, be it light and zingy to the more deeply coloured and food friendly styles. Except for dinosaurs like above .
