As luck would have it, I’m heading south for a week’s conference on the Gien peninsula. I’m spending the weekend in Marseille en route and I’m after some recommendations to broaden my horizons beyond my standard robust rose.
Bandol and Cassis. Should be able to get both of these as rose wines in Marseille and very good they are too.
