Log-in Problem?

Anyone else getting a “Sorry, we didn’t recognise your details. Please check your email and password, or call us if you continue to have problems” message on trying to log in to the main WS site? Or is it my computer?

I’m okay through the chromebook…

Really strange. It’s happening via my computer [Google Chrome browser] and on my mobile phone too [iPhone with thumbprint log-in for the WS site]

Yep, just checked and it’s happening to me too, on Firefox / Windows 10.

Lucky I’m not buying at the moment!

Update: it’s happening for me too now - but only on the tablet (Amazon Fire Android)…

After an end to months not being able to access the community, it’s a bit strange to find I can now access the community but no longer the Society itself! Is that one step forward and one step back, or perhaps two steps back since buying wine seems to be a rather important function!

(And at least the sales emails still seem to working okay even if you can’t actually buy anything!)

Mine’s back up & running again now FWIW

I had a slight fear my computer may have been invaded again - over Xmas, some scrote/s got into my computer and reset many of my passwords. Took a lot of faffing around and ID-proving for me to get them back. I was wondering if my hard-earned reserves were going to end up at a boozy party somewhere, washed down with twiglets or some such heinous depraved act :~}

Just went on website to look at Spring savings and there is a message about the website having technical issues and the team working to resolve it.
