Locally made wines

New local wines in italy seem to suit my health better than bottled wines bought in the uk. Is this likely and what would the reason be for this. Perhaps someone can elucidate this.

THe amount of sunlight to help vit D production in Italy vs the amount of damp and drizzle that shuts down body functions in the UK ?
