It’s a deceptive headline. It wasn’t unfair taxes, but the courier company deciding to add a totally unjustifiable margin on to the correct (if a little high compared to our European neighbours) taxes.

Deceptive headline? That’s unusual. :slight_smile:

The shipping companies are terrible to deal with. I had a shipment where I’d paid UK taxes to the foreign shipper and DHL levied tax charges on me and it’s impossible to contact anyone responsible at DHL.

In the end I got the shipper to deal with them.
