Will obviously require additional sherry, but currently considering whether MrsBrocklehurstj will require her own ham, despite not wanting to watch or listen to the event.
Got my “tickets” yesterday.
Other merchants charge.
We even give others, (non-members) access to our sessions; as they remain posted on YouTube.
You don’t see BBR or J&B or Vinous being so magnanimous.
I must admit I mostly download them to watch later at my own convenience rather than live. In fact I have recently got with the times and acquired a smart TV which allows me to watch youtube videos (amongst other stuff) so will probably shift to doing it that way. So far I’ve mostly used this mechanism to watch classical concerts!
She will. As will No-She’s-not-called-Mrs-Pig (who’ll also want her own sherry).
Just got a reminder and ordered my Jamon.
Sadly, Mrs B will be at her boot camp 7-8 so no issues with sharing the Jamon and En Rama , so I’ll stick the kids in front of the TV (Edward Scissorhands has been requested) and we’re off!
You read my porky mind. Is that all for one person?
It was described by TWS as a light nibble for two or quite substantial for one.
We only ordered one in the end, think it will comfortably stave off the hangry until after the kids’ bedtime, particularly when combined with a few mouthfuls of fino.

Haut Bailly 18.30 Wednesday 26th May, 2021.
Just remembered mine’s being delivered today. The mystery case arriving distracted me!
Well, I’ve just checked the DPD site and it’s in Newport, IoW
I could have collected it in 45 minutes!
That doesn’t sound good.
I have just had an email from Brindisa though, saying they need to know about problem deliveries ASAP as they can still be resolved. If you need contact details dm me.
Thanks @Brocklehurstj, but my new bessie mate James from Brindisa says I’ll receive it by 10.30 tomorrow
Well, it’s arrived safe and sound!
A roughly 630 mile courier delivery to travel the 7 or 8 miles from Balham to Beckenham via:
Balham
Dartford
Hinckley
Isle of Wight
Birmingham
Dartford
Beckenham
Since that’s about a fifth of our annual car mileage for four small packs of ham, slightly concerned about my food miles pero asi es la vida.
Big shout out for James Edwards at Brindisa and Tim Schwilk at TWS for excellent customer service and @Brocklehurstj for offering to donate his pack to me. That was what you said James, right?
That’s right, once you had completed your cycle ride for charity following the route the courier took from Balham to Beckenham.
Note to self - must read small print.
This event looks interesting - blind Zoom tasting
