Ozzie or NZ rosé …… I’m probably way off the mark …. But it’s fun guessing .
2021 Skin fermented GV, from Wienviertel maybe…
Good spot. I’m going to edit my guess.
Austrian Frühburgunder rose
You deserve a prize the most unlikely guess. Apart from the obscurity of Tibet as a winemaking country (cue @PHarvey to post pictures of Tibetan vineyards), Saperavi is one of the few red grapes you would never be able to vinify to give a pale rosé, as it has red flesh
I’ll throw my hat in with an NZ gamay rosé.
On my list, Steve…
It cannot be Hungarian as that is @horsleym’s turf now… also rules out Xinomavro I am afraid… so I will guess a Zweigelt Rose, maybe from the Wachau
A Pinot Gris-Traminer blend with skin contact from Burgenland
Orange, and perhaps Georgian: easier to get than Ukrainian, but also a topical choice.
Pink St. Laurent from Austria
Pays d’Oc Vin Gris
so it is probably a blend of Saperavi and a white variety
Orange from the Spanish producer, hmmm what was his name - did a very good video chat on youtube - Pepe Mendoza
