Hi, I wondered if anyone had experienced problems with deliveries from the society using DHL? My last delivery was very late and incomplete (DHL ‘lost’ a few cases). By the time this was resolved some of the ‘lost’ wine was out if stock. My latest delivery of Christmas wine hasn’t arrived and the note on the DHL website stated ’ We’re sorry but we haven’t been able to deliver as our driver was unable to gain access to the delivery address’. We had deliveries from four other couriers on the expected delivery day only DHL found it problematic. Last time we had numerous spurious notes on the DHL site and it took a call to the society to sort it out. I wondered if this was a common experience?
