A wine society "thank you"


I arranged this wine for a night at the Opera for the Commanderie de Bordeaux in Manchester and this is what they said:

The Main Course was a delicious pan fried duck breast with a fondant potato, root vegetable puree, green bean parcel and cherry jus. This proved a popular dish and was ably accompanied by the Chateau Citran 2010 A.O.C. Haut Medoc which was drinking well and showing good fruit and the class of the vintage.


I meant "A Wine Society “Thank You” ……….
